What counts as an active agent?
An agent that is published and running against live tools. Drafts and rehearsal runs do not count against your active limit.
Are integrations metered separately?
No. All standard tool connections are included with every plan. Custom integrations for internal tools are available on Scale.
Is there a usage cap on actions?
No hard cap on actions. Fair-use limits apply on Starter and Growth for platforms with strict rate limits.
What is the contract term?
Monthly by default. Annual pricing is available on Growth and Scale on request.
Can I move between plans?
Yes. Upgrade any time. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Active agents beyond a downgraded limit will be paused, not deleted.
